Commands

sp demo start [--watch]	Create app, apply policies, start Docker stack
sp demo traffic	Send sample booking traffic
sp demo replay [--watch]	Create replay plan against localhost OTA
sp demo status	Stack + agent + recording status
sp demo stop	Stop Docker stack
